We get that. That’s why we’ve designed Southside Health & Fitness to be your full service gym, with hours that are convenient for you, flexible gym membership contracts, and plenty of fun workout classes that always post their times right here on the website. And yes, we are a gym with daycare!

We know the reason you come to the gym is to exercise. And while the health benefits of being fit are certainly a major perk, we thought you’d appreciate a few other gym amenities as well.
Your workout doesn’t have to be all sweat and machines. Our exercise classes bring the fun back into your exercise routine and help you burn calories while having a blast!
The resistance created by the pulley and spring system can provide a more challenging strength and endurance workout than mat classes. The reformer’s many attachments increase the range of modifications that can be made to the exercises, and allow additional exercises beyond what can be done on a mat. Try our Mat Pilates or Intro to Reformer classes as a beginner.
Improving flexibility and core strength has long-term health benefits. Pilates classes are just the way to do that, helping you workout each muscle group evenly.
Southside Health & Fitness is open every weekday from 5:30 AM to 10:00pm, so you can work in your workout when it’s convenient for you.
Weekend hours are:
Saturday: 8 AM – 8 PM
Sunday: 11 AM – 6 PM
